Diversities Meet takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content provided by you or any third party.

5. Termination of Agreement

The Terms of this agreement will continue to apply in perpetuity until terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. Terms that are to continue in perpetuity shall be unaffected by the termination of this agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand and agree that your use of DIVERSITIESMEET.COM is entirely at your own risk and that our services are provided "As Is" and "As Available". DIVERSITIESMEET.COM does not make any express or implied warranties, endorsements or representations whatsoever as to the operation of the DIVERSITIESMEET.COM website, information, content, materials, or products. This shall include, but not be limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and warranties that access to or use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected.

9. Jurisdiction

You expressly understand and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country, state, province or territory determined solely by DIVERSITIESMEET.COM to resolve any legal matter arising from this agreement or related to your use of DIVERSITIESMEET.COM. If the court of law having jurisdiction, rules that any provision of the agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms and the remaining Terms will continue to be valid.

 

10. Entire Agreement

You understand and agree that the above Terms constitute the entire general agreement between you and DIVERSITIESMEET.COM. You may be subject to additional Terms and conditions when you use, purchase or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material.

Diversities Meet might market, allow users to offer, sell and buy just about anything in a variety of pricing formats and locations. The actual contract for sale is directly between the seller and buyer. Diversities Meet has no control over and does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of items advertised; the truth or accuracy of users' content or listings; the ability of sellers to sell items; the ability of buyers to pay for items; or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction or return an item.

13. Our Fees

Our Membership fees we charge for using our Services are listed on our Website. We may change our fees from time to time by posting the changes on the Diversities Meet site 15 days in advance, but with no advance notice required for promotions or any changes that result in the reduction of fees. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion. Membership dues will auto-new/recharge yearly from the account on file. 14. Authorization to Contact You; Recording Calls

Diversities Meet may contact you using autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages, at any telephone number that you have provided us, to: notify you regarding your account, troubleshoot problems with your account, resolve a dispute, poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires; or as otherwise necessary to service your account or enforce this User Agreement, our policies, applicable law, or any other agreement we may have with you. Diversities Meet may also contact you using autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages for marketing purposes (e.g., offers and promotions), if you consent to such communications. As described in our User Privacy Notice, Diversities Meet may collect other telephone numbers for you and may place manual non-marketing calls to any of those numbers and autodialed non-marketing calls to any landline. Standard telephone minute and text charges may apply and may include overage fees if you have exceeded your plan limits. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may change your communications preference at any time through your personal profile.

15. Privacy of Others; Marketing

If Diversities Meet provides you with information about another user, you agree you will use the information only for the purposes that it is provided to you. You may not disclose, sell, rent, or distribute a user's information to a third party for purposes unrelated to the Services. Additionally, you may not use information for marketing purposes, via electronic or other means, unless you obtain the consent of the specific user to do so.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We try to keep our Services safe, secure, and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee the continuous operation of or access to our Services.
